So the snows gone no salt on the roads... so Snow joke.....Fired up the 944S after the winter layup took her out to Region 21 meet at the Black Horse pub in Chesham Bucks last night, looks like I've developed an earth issue as I found out when switching from "Dipped to main beams" or turning on the "Fogs/spot lights" also when "Rad fan trips in" it kills the ECU and radio for a split second and recovers quickly? So anything switching on by the looks of it drawing with a large current draw blips the ECU and radio.
So I'm early stages of chasing an earthing corrosion issue? or a duff alternator? (Voltage regulator pack) as always grateful if anyone has been there before.
Finally, any recommendations where in the Buckinghamshire area (will consider others) getting my existing Alternator rebuilt.
Regards and as always thanks in advance,
John
