Will OEM 18" wheels fit a 957 Turbo S

Hi there, sorry, I am new to Porsche and have recently got a Cayenne 957 Turbo S.
By my measurement the front discs are 360mm
Brembo says the discs are 368 so same ball park.

Will oem 18" wheels fit? I want to get a set for greater tyre softness, winter etc.

I dont think so, also the fronts need extra ET clearance for the calipers
