Will a Cayenne spare wheel fit a Macan?

A relative has recently changed her Cayenne Diesel S for a Macan 2 .0 petrol and has asked me if the spare 'emergency' red wheel will fit her Macan.

Can anyone advise if the wheel offset and wheel stud pattern would be the same?

I also traded a Cayenne diesel for a Macan a few years ago and kept the spare but was told by my PC that it wouldn’t fit my Macan and it was a completely different part number. Unfortunately, it’s rather expensive over the PC‘s counter at going on £500!
So I ticked the box for a factory spare and jack when I ordered my most recent Macan and sold the Cayenne spare to a fellow PCGB member via the forum.
