Why is buying a 944 so hard?

Congrats man, at least one of us ended up collecting one! :)
Pics needed though, even if she isnt in full glory!

I don't have any as of yet, only the ones from the advert. I'll get some up when I get it back tomorrow :)

Though you buying a boxster is more interesting than me buying nothing and moaning!
Phoned up about another car yesterday but the guy had someone coming to view it this morning which meant it subsequently sold. Tried and left another answer phone message about the red 2.7 as he still didnt answer his phone :( and phoned up about another red 2.7 which again the guy didnt answer his phone, no one seems to want to talk to me or potentially take my money :(

When I bought my turbo last year I was gobsmacked at how many people didn't answer phone calls and emails - and the ads were renewed so it wasn't like they had sold the car. If you want to sell your car you do have to talk to your potential buyers![:D]

Good luck with your search, you should get a nice car for your budget, it's just a waiting game but shouldn't take too long [;)]

It is amazing how many dont, but its their perogative i guess, just annoying. Though on the opposite end of the scale is when your selling something and people want you to deliver or meet you somewhere out of your way but then when you ask for a little bit petrol money theyre not interested.
Cheers man hopefully like you said just a waiting game now.

mate looks pretty nice even with needing somebits to sort, think you got a bit of a steal there! Same colour as my dads old 924s.
What is it that needs sorting?

It needs a new steering rack/refurb as it's leaking. A few bits of body work sorting and a couple of leaks. One is coming in through the back lights the other seems to be coming into the passenger footwell?

fair enough man, well good luck with sorting it man, looks like a nice base for a project/fix for a great price!

cheers man, really hoping the phone call i get while driving to london says I can go and view it and that its not taken!

Hi Paul- no you will have first refusal.
Plan on taking it to LMC in 2014- but may downsize after that.
Hope to see you @Bedford as i dont think i can make Rutland.
Cheers
Ron

I dunno, who? [;)] Congratulations and I hope the car lives up to expectations! Photos are, of course, your first priority once you get hold of it.
