Which centre caps were original?

Silver crested metal caps - the crests are unpainted. They are still available from OPC @ ~£40 each
So a silver painted metal cap, Porsche crest embossed but not painted? Is that what's on your RS Touring David?
Can you post a pic - is the logo the same size as the pic above?

Agreed. I have the same. Top tip - 928's had the same metal, silver painted centre cap.

I have got a set of the metal original plain silver centre caps although they are not currently on the car.
