] when you look through the itemisation it sort of makes sense except I wasn't aware that only one of the two bumper supports at the rear is sprung ! No wonder that my bumper collapsed and compressed one side only and damaged the wing and valence.
If the existing sprung bracket is still any good I may ask them to put it back so I have sprung brackets both sides .
