May I extend a heartfelt thank you to Johannes for moving the London Region forward and progressing new events and opportunities for the R20 membership.

On behalf of both R20 and the Board we wish both he and Helen the very best for the future.

I would like to welcome our two new "joint R.O's" to the London Region Kish Hirani and Adrien Ong will take custody from Johannes as soon as can be arranged and after discussing the role with them feel sure they will create much focus and activity for all Region 20 members.

I am aware for a start that they are both passionate about furthering Johannes's progress with The Ace' cafe regarding a "Porsche Club Night".

I will step back here and allow both Kish and Adrien to respond, wishing them and the London Region well.

Well done and have fun running R20 which I feel sure is in excellent & enthusiastic hands [8D]

Thanks all,
We have not had a chance to catch up with Johannes as yet but I assure you that, both, Adrien and I will try our best to carry forward any R20 events which he had in the pipeline already. The rest will be down to us, the members, to decide and implement. Adrien and I are already working on a couple of things but I'm sure we will get a lot more ideas from you, the region members.

All the monthly meets are still active and will remain so. So hope to see you at Dysart Arms on Wednesday.

I know a number of you are out for the PCGB trackday at Spa on the last Monday of the month (including Adrien Ong) but I am sure we can still make a good turn out at Ace Café . I know Johannes was in talks with Ace Café management on getting a Porsche only day; we are making this a priority to follow up. So watch this space...

Finally, we would really like to hear from East London members as, so far, we don't think there was anything definite decided for monthly meet ups (hopefully I will be corrected).

Hi guys (and gals!) - thanks for your support of Kish and me to help push R20 forwards.

My view is that we are here to help facilitate the growth of the London region in terms of the involvement of members, coordination and planning of activities that appeal to the interests and preferences of members, and to help represent the membership and interests of the London region within the broader PCGB network.

All these things are only possible with your help and commitment. [;)]

One thing I never forget is that PCGB is a car club! Going forwards, I hope we will take the opportunity to foster an atmosphere that allows us to have fun, enjoy, appreciate, and educate ourselves about all things Porsche.

It would be great to hear from any of you and to hear your thoughts and ideas. Feel free to call me on 07799-645510 or via email on ADRIEN<at>ONGFAMILY.NET.

Cheers,
ADRIEN

Hi All

As the previous RO for this great Region I hope that all moves forward in an enjoyable way.
I will be at the Dysart as usual and hope to be of assistance to our new RO`s

Keep the faith

Have fun

Good luck Kish and Adrien. If I can help, just e-mail me.

I hope that Johannes' idea of a Porsche only night at the Ace cafe is followed up. Could be a good night, especially in the summer [if it stops raining!!] and we can persuade as many as possible to make a good showing for the marque.

Our photographers can then submit something for PP in due course.

Paul, Julian, Chris, et al,

Many thanks for your kind offer of support and help. Kish and I will definitely be needing your help to make R20 a success! I look forward to meeting up with you to hear your thoughts and ideas for how we can collectively "make it happen"! [:)]

Cheers -
