Weber choke size?

Need your thoughts please, but quickly as i need to order some parts.

Hillclimb 3.2 , stock with 2.4 exhaust manifolds.
Webers: 40 IDT

Engine needs to be gutsy, high torque and very drivable.

Expert # 1 (well respected tuner): 33mm chokes
Bruce Anderson book; 35mm

Your experiences please??
