Coolant cap - check that the part number does not end in 00. If it does, change it for the latest cap. 04, I believe.
Coolant tank - prone to cracks and pinholes. Check the engine bay (and floor) underneath the tank - is it damp?
Front radiators - any drips from the region of the underside of the front PU?

I've heard that these tanks do have a tendency to crack in this way. They're very exposed to high temperatures and pressures and some of the plastics that they used to use sometimes crack. As Richard says, it could just be the cap - so check that first. That'll be a far cheaper job!
