Warranty question

OK I have I got this right? If I buy from a private seller and the car is C16 UK etc has 2 years warranty, this will be transferred to me and renewable at the end of this term at £900. If I bought from non-OPC trader Porsche warranty is void unless OPC inspect vehicle carrying 111-point check or whatever it is, charging for this plus costs to bring up to standard (OPC assured me they would find at least £2k that would need doing) plus £1k for new warranty. Thus for P warranty for trader-bought car I need to effectively add £3k. Am I understanding this correctly?
