I'm currently helping the brother of a close friend find a 986 Boxster, and wondered whether any members might be tempted to sell, or know of one coming up.
He's after a 2.7 manual, ideally a 2003–04 facelift car. History and condition matter far more than mileage to him — he'd happily take 100,000 miles with a full file over a low-mileage car with gaps. Documented IMS work would be ideal, and a hardtop would be a welcome bonus.
Colour-wise he's set on silver, with a black hood. He lives in west London, so the car will need to be ULEZ compliant.
He'd buy directly from the owner, isn't in any rush, and I'm happy to travel anywhere in the UK. Not looking to waste anyone's time — a PM here is very welcome, or my number is below for a call.
