Hey all. I purchased a brand new 992 carrera s yesterday. As most will know I was torn between a new one, and a very nearly near 991.2 targa. I opted for the new one for the whole new car experience and I am beyond disappointed.
I collected the car (£125,000 OTR) and upon inspection it has a chunk out of the lip on the front spoiler and a mark on the leather on the glove box. They said they would fix them but that’s not the point. They have given no timescales only stating that the people who deal with these types of repairs are incredibly busy.
It has totally ruined the whole experience.
£125,000 and brand new and it has two cosmetic issues, the one on the outside I have no idea how it’s been missed.
I also think there might be an issue with the drivers side window that when you open with the remote judders.
Does anyone know what my rights are?
