Un registered Gen 1 cars. Any at the opcs?

I had heard that there were quite a few of the above. I have seen what looks to be a good offer on a c16 car at bramleys for an unreg 997 c4s for 59K although I was thinking more of from the opc. Does anyone know of any unreg cars being offered at the opcs and if so what sort of money? I actually prefer the shape of the gen 1 cars, the lines look a bit cleaner.

I went on a visit to the factory in September and several employees there, including the factory guides told me that they prefer the Gen 1 shape, especially the rear light clusters. Have to say I agree with them!

Its weird but the gen 2 cars look, how can I explain but fat. Dont know if it makes sense. The droopy rear lights make it look sort of if its sagging where as the gen 1 look pert. Sorry for talking rubbish but I cant explain it any better. [:)]

Derek, the clues in the title. [;)] But thanks. [:)]

Ooops, I need my specs! Still, the unregistered Gen 2 C4S PDK Cab was nice! Why not offer them £40K, it will be worth that after Christmas [:D]

They say owners look like their dogs, does the same apply to cars? If so obviously a car more suited to us older drivers then[;)]

I think most OPC's have un registered Gen1's with large discounts. My contact Paul Woodward at Guildford OPC certainly has some to sell and is doing deals

So does the new Canary Wharf showroom C4S cab in aqua and pdk.

I'm really liking the aqua blue... like most colours, looks much, much better in the flesh than on screen or in a broucher.

I can't help but sense the external cosmetic changes in the gen 2 were made simply for the sake of needing to make some changes.
