I'm hoping to change from my MY 2003 996 C2 to a 997 C2S soon; how have you got on with yours so far? Have you ever owned a 996 and if so, how do they compare? Thinking of going for a darker colour this time, I currently have Seal Grey but will go for either Slate Grey, Atlas or Balsic(?) Black so I can see the results of all my hard work polishing!
Best of luck with the tyres, let me know how you get on. Adrian (Swansea)
the 997c2s is brilliant. previously owned 964 c4. was contemplating 996 c4s before deciding on 997. primary reasons being looks, and improved quality over 996.
i went for cobalt blue, which i am extremely chuffed about. no other colour for me
Similar thread on Pistonheads South Wales forum.... general consensus was that City Tyres in Neville Place were pretty good value and helpful. Pricewise they were almost as good as Harris Bros in Swansea, but much more helpful when I went searching for some new Pilot Sports.

Hope this helps
Cheers
