Turbo KLR/ECU

Yes I am looking at transplanting a turbo engine into my 944S. At the moment I have the following parts from a turbo.
.Engine, intercooler, radiator, pipes etc..
.Flywheel and clutch
.ECU/DME with wiring loom
.KLR - (no loom yet need to source)
.Torque tube and LSD gear box from turbo
.Exhaust, manifold
.ARBS
.MO30 Calipers (no plate lift) and disks
I think I need the following
.Hubs for the m030 calipers to fit
.KLR wiring loom
I also have a spare M60/24 Garret turbo (think that's the model) and intercooler and some boost kit that was a kit from Lindsey racing I believe, but I want to make it standard for now. I will remove the air-conditioner as it isn't really necessary. I will retain my Gaz gold pro coil overs as they work really well.
My main concerns is the KLR and my limited knowledge of putting it back together as it was already stripped. Any advice welcome, I know it the standard answer is just buy a turbo but my car is in such good condition no rust etc.. and I love the front bumper look compared to the turbo/s2.

How are you planning to get air to the intercooler?
