Turbo brake pads

ORIGINAL: Hairyarse

ORIGINAL: 944 man

EBC products are sh*te - you couldnt give them to me.

Really? I've not used on 944 but had red stuff pads on my VR6 golf and they were excellent

Its subjective of course, but after a very bad experience with them I wont entertain their products.

Reviews are hardly sparkling either.

Tried Mintex on my 924S but weren't very good and so noisy I didn't like to use the brakes, I chucked them for a set of Pagids and stayed with using them on the turbo and 968.

I use yellows on my coupe, would use again, wouldnt use reds again though.
Tony

(the yellows did squeal until i got them really hot though.) As an aside put my audi through an MOT today with pagid pads (and audi discs) from Euro car parts it went off the clock on the brake machine which I and the tester thought was quite impressive!

I've just had JMG supply and fit new front brake discs, pads and sensors on my MO30 equipped turbo, using Pagid discs and pads. £350 was the total bill. Obvioulsy they'll take a little while to settle-in, but instantly there is more bite.

Pagid are 30 percent off the 'usual price' this weekend at Euro car parts might make them affordable ?

Hi guys,

Pagid or textar? The textars are coming in at £92 with the discount. The Textar are OEM right?

Which are better?

Cheers,
