Gates belts x 2 - balance and cam
Conti Aux belts x 2
Large thermostat
Small thermostat
Water pump
Fitting kit
New turbo wp elbox
Water pump gasket
Rollers / tensioners x 4
That lot then cost about £200 in labour
Reckon getting the parts from America saved over £100 + any rebate on the water pump I get back, that price is assuming you can buy the Euro car parts wpump for £240.
If you go to Porsche that parts with discount were pushing £800!
Having said all that you might not need a waterpump?!

This is what I was told as well. My S2 when I changed the engine was still on 5 year old belts, but they were soaked (and I do mean drenched) in engine oil.
Gates are fine, although I would also look to Dayco belts as well
