Can anyone offer some theories to help Anula?
I have a 1985 924S which i have had for 15 years with 125,000 miles on the clock which i absolutely love and it is brilliant to drive. but it has developed a judder at slow speeds and i have to change down or knock it into neutral and i also hear a clunk when i change gears it has a had a new clutch about 5 years ego and the chap who normally sorts it out thinks it is due to gear box mounting. i think it has 2 gear box mountings and the price from Porsche is £85 each. Do you think that might be the cause and if so can you recommend another dealer I can buy it cheaper.
