TPMS sensors and GT4 wheels

Hello wheel/tyre afficionados....

I have a 718 GT4. Bought another set of GT4 wheels (981) and find the new TPMS sensors don't screw down into the threads fully.

Is there a difference between the 718 GT4 and 981 GT4 wheels in terms of TPMS thread ?

I know the TPMS sensors themselves are different (hence getting new ones).
