Time To Let Go Of My Turbo

Good morning all. Long time since I have posted here. I hope all of the usual suspects are still active? OK, I have said it before, but I have made my mind up now, that it is definitely time for me and my Turbo to part company. It's not that I don't love the car anymore, but life now dictates that it just isn't getting used or very seldomly. For those that know the car, it is a good example and a good solid car that has been well looked after in my tenure. Of course, if anyone on forum is interested then please let me know. Likewise if anyone knows anyone looking for a Turbo, then again, a referral would be very much appreciated.

Some further advice would also be much appreciated on where people think the best place to advertise is, Pistonheads, Autotrader or somewhere else? I won't talk about money directly because I always find it a bit grubby, other than to say I am not greedy, and would simply ask a fair price for what I think the car is worth. I would, after all, never get back everything that I have put into it. The important thing for me would be seeing the car going to an enthusiast that would use and abuse her as necessary.

My advice first off, would be not to say you don't want to talk about money, because it's grubby. I've bought and sold a lot of cars over the years, and statements like that made my teeth itch. Say how much you want, unless you like entertaining timewasters. Facebook Marketplace is free, but you do have to filter out the dreamers and backstreet dealers. Good luck.

With the greatest respect, in my experience members on owners forums are the pickiest buyers of the lot.

I've used Car and Classic website successfully on a number of occasions.... NOT the auction part of it, its FOC

Rob-you sold me a Bosch Turbo fuel pump some time ago but when I came to use it over 12 mths ago ,it was jammed solid & no use.
I PM'ed you at least twice with no response as I felt you owed me a refund.
Is there any chance you could make me an offer at this later stage, please?
Sorry to twist your arm.
