Didn't this first appear on ebay with a £5k asking price?

I think the crusher might be calling for this one if it doesn't sell...

I can't belive that no-one has bid on this truly unique vehicle.I mean there can't be just one person in the country with poor taste.

Indeed it was - clearly the vendor has suffered from a cold dose of reality, pity that didn't happen before the butchering, erm creating, of a unique 944 commenced. Am sure he now has bigger and better photos than before which ironically do nothing but reinforce the true level of the "uniqueness"

Oh my God... there has been a bid. Someone is apparently prepared to part with £500 for that abomination! [:D] Wouldn't it be fantastic if they were a PCGB member and turned up at 944 Register meets with it! Oh the fun.

Surely for £600, if you drive it home under cover of darkness to your garage and part it out its worth it, arent those alloys worth something now, if the engine is any good thats worth something, transaxle, seats, bonnet, doors, suspension, wings, brakes, headlamps and then weight the rest in for £100 plus.

Seriously guys I can't understand why you all think this is bad.It says on the advert that it would make a good show car and I agree.I would be proud o turn up at a meeting in this car.I think i might buy it.It's long been a dream of mine to own a truly unique car and this just fits the bill so well. It's a Porsche and its beautiful.I think it may be a rare factory option cause the conversion looks so well done you can't even see the joins. Please stop having a go at this car and start to feel the love for it

sarcasm is alive and well..
