tial wastegate orientation

I have read so much on which is the right way to fit a F38 Tial wastegate. I plan to use it in single port mode with the CV at the moment with the take off from the side as the image. (sorry Paul Smith I nicked your photo). it has a .08 spring in. Am I right or am I wrong?
