I actually meant lost interest in 944s Alasdair, rather than cars in general. That Kawasaki appears to be about twenty years newer than Id expect you to be interested in... [ORIGINAL: sulzeruk Not lost interest Simon, just doing other things with 2 wheels instead of 4. We also have a small person arriving in a few weeks so will have even less time than before. I restored this in 6 weeks from the middle of July and then took it to the Classic TT at the end of August for the parade and festival at Jurby. Was good fun to do a lap of the TT course and also a few laps with some of my 2 wheeled heros at Jurby![]()

you reply'd while I was editing yes the pipes give that away ,that early engine though was str8 out of the gpx750 and wasnt the best the later engine was very good thoughORIGINAL: 944 man Late eighties more like. It looks like a kitted H1 or H2 to me making it an '89 or '90. The ZXR750J2 from 1992 was my favourite. The J looked like a shell suit, but the blue J2 was beautiful.
