This 992 turbo S seems…suspiciously cheap?

Turbo S cars are back in supply and dealers are offering circa £20-30k discounts on them new. JayEmm did a video recently about how used modern “special” Porsche prices are tumbling. Leeds are obviously more motivated to sell this than the dreamers holding out for £200k.
