Sure, if it's got the stock exhaust then 'Out she goes'. Heavy and very constrictive. As for the better turbo and wastegate, you'd get some benefits if you are able to control boost as well.ORIGINAL: Lowtimer
I doubt you would get a lot of benefit from either of those changes on their own, to be honest. It is a great car as it is, but the first thing it would need to develop much more power is a bigger exhaust.
Thom, yes that's a fair statement but I think you can improve this car without sliding too far down 'The slope'. [

This car is ripe for just a few more tweaks to make plenty big power [8D] IIRC it made 350lbft of torque and 300bhp at only 0.8 bar of boost and it made it far lower down the rev range than any big boosted 2.5 turbos
