Quick update ref this event ref email last night from GNCC.

We are delighted to welcome you and Porsche Club GB as exhibitors to the Great North Classic Car Show on Sunday 11th September 2022. Your exhibitor wristbands will be [font="calibri, sans-serif"]handed to you upon arrival[/font], which allows entry for each exhibitor and one passenger.

Arrivals are between 8am and 9:45am, before the public arrive from 10am.

Please see your allocated pitch numbers and entry point below:

Entry Point: A. The Aston Workshop Entrance NOT The Black Horse.

Pitch Colour: ORANGE

Please ensure you come to the correct entry point on the day. To find us, set your sat-nav to DH9 0RW.

If any members can no longer attend or have changed their mind, please let us know by responding to this post as soon as possible, so we can re-allocate the exhibitor pitches, as there is a waiting list.

Another outstanding R3 team effort, thanks to everyone who still turned up, especially after all the rain lately like you, we were pretty unsure what to expect too. Fortunately, it didn’t deter too many members from attending what was a really good event.

Thanks to everyone who helped set up and tear down and special thanks to Andy for bringing not one but three of his fantastic tractors, they certainly created a huge amount of interest and a lot of photo opportunities for the visitors throughout the day.

I’m pretty sure David Carnaffins tractor driving at the end of the day was easily one of the highlights of the year so far, especially when Andy remembered he had only told him how to get going and not how to actually stop, watch out Clarksons farm.
