Thank you and goodbye!

After nearly three years of 944 ownership, I have gone and done it and bought a 996. Picked her up last night. Best wishes to all the people I met at Rutland in the rain on a couple of occasions; if I'm as happy with my new purchase as I was with my 944 I will indeed be a happy man!
best regards
AndyB
PS Paul, I have emailled you direct to take my name off the register

Hi Andy,

Sorry you are leaving the 944 register but pleased for you with your new model even if you hadn't noticed the engine is fitted at the wrong end [:D][:D]

Hopefully catch up with you soon to have a look

Enjoy....l[8D]

Nice one Andy [:)]

Hopefully you can still make it along to the next Rutland so we can take a look? (and make the usual wrong end jokes etc [;)] )

Is it??? Oh bugger!!
I'm sure we'll bump into each other (not literally I hope) at some point

Hi Andy
Sorry to see you leave our little club, but hope you enjoyed it and that the having it at the back is just as much fun[8|]

My son drove mine (sideways) round a field at the inlaws, was going in a Metro but it conked out so the only option was my 944 Cab, it got muddy but he loved it, I loved it and the car even seemed to be having fun, just gave it some TLC.

Sixteen year old driving his first porsche, priceless !
