Thinking about going to Techno Classica Essen. Any advice on best day to attend, where to stay etc? Probably fly out, but could drive.

Thanks!

Hi Ken The show is awsome, you will need more than a day. If you can ,say, fly down early friday and come back sunday , I do not think you will be disappointed. I have always used the Hotel Bradeney (Essen45133) it is a short and cheap taxi ride away and a lot of visitors stay there. Hope you enjoy the show, unfortunately I will be at the Clubs AGM. Have fun Paul Kelley

+1 I've been for just a day a few times but it's definitely a 2+ day show if you want a proper look at everything. I hope to be there this year, with Hacki too. Maybe we could arrange a 964RS Register bier at lunchtime.

Saturday and sunday will be crowded. Also if you want to buy something the first two days are better, because a lot of cars will be sold until the weekend. Will be there definitely. cheers Boris

So, this year someone else started the Techno Classica thread. Thanks for that! Anyway, as every year the show is highly recommended. I will be there, prob with Rich. Any other forum regulars welcome. Hacki
