Taycan GTS auto-blip

Hi everyone this is my first post so be gentle [:)]
I've done around 300 miles in my new GTS so far what a machine.
When I did my Silverstone track day and drove my dealer demo the cars all auto-blipped on downshift deceleration.
My car doesn't even in sports and sports plus settings with engine sound on.
Weirdly this morning when I started it up a menu shot up very briefly didn't really have a chance to read all the options as it went away very quickly but I did notice one of the menu options was auto-blip it was unchecked but I dint have time to tick it before the menu had gone.
Does anyone know where to find this menu.
Thanks
What a car :)

Hi Birdy,

Nice choice! What colour / options did you go for?

How do you mean "auto-blip on downshift decelation"? Not sure I know what you mean...

C.

Well the car should kind of make a rev downshift kind of noise.

I went Crayon with too many extras !!! [:-]

Ah - I think you mean the Porsche Electric Sport Sound.

It should be on when you have the car in Sports Plus as standard; but you can turn it on and off in other drive modes. A lot of folks (me included) have it set to the quick action diamond button on the right hand side of the dashboard too.

In the drive menu of the PCM there is a sound option at the bottom to turn it on / off.

Annoyingly you can't default it to on.

No its not that I know what that is :)

It should make a downshift noise like it does when it changes up but with a "rev" noise :)

Oh!

Never heard a Taycan do this. My Turbo doesn't. Not sure it makes much sense as it doesn't change gear...

... I'd pop back to Porsche Centre and ask them to borrow their car again and show them.

When you find out can you let us know?

C.
