To everybody booked onto the above event.
I now have menu choices and prices.

Breakfast will comprise,

Danish pastries and croissants served with butter and jam.

Choice of two breakfasts.
Full English- 2 bacon,2 Cumberland sausage, beans, egg, mushrooms, 2 hash browns, toast.

Vegetarian breakfast- 2 eggs, mushrooms, beans, 2 veggie sausage, 2 hash browns, toast.

Accompanied by Yorkshire tea, La Vazza filter coffee, orange juice and apple juice.

I need to know numbers in advance. As the overwhelming majority of people seem to favour a full English breakfast then there is no need to reply, I will take it that you require full English breakfast.

If a vegetarian breakfast is required (that’s Linda and myself) then please reply below and let me know.

Please also let me know if you have any ALLERGIES or any other specific dietary requirements.

The cost of the breakfast is £14.95 per head plus £7 per person entry to the museum.
I will be booking a tour of the facility for us all after breakfast which will be funded by the club.

If you are booked onto the event please let me know if you cannot make it rather than just not turn up as some people do. This avoids problems with catering and embarrassment for myself.

This is shaping up to be a very enjoyable day out and I look forward to seeing you all again in January.
Just let’s hope that there are no Covid restrictions!!!

Best wishes to all,

Chris.

Hi Chris,

New members here! We'd love to come along to Elvington on Sunday and meet some local R7 members.

I saw on one of the other threads that there was a continental option. Could we both go for that, please, as January doesn't feel like a month for a Full English!

See you then.

Morgan & Shell

Is it too late to join in - the weather is looking reasonable for a run from Hathersage that early in the morning so I'd like to join.

If so please can I have the vegetarian breakfast....I'm hoping someone will allow me to share their table too...?

Thanks
Erica

Hi Chris, Due to the additional restrictions being added re people attending if they have got a cold, Sally & I are no longer able to attend.

Chris,
Well done for organising this one. Great to look round the museum too.
(Glad I had my hat on !!! It was a cold morning)

Thanks
Mark & Julie

1st PCGB event attended; had a lovely morning drive to Elvington : Common Lane provided some unwanted "excitement" due to ice [:-] - no harm done! Well, perhaps some new trousers required lol - the look on the other guy coming toward me was pretty much the same as mine :|

Nice to see a good turn out can some cracking vehicles in the car park (Cheiftan et. Al.) - some nice Porsche's in there too [;)]

Museum is great and well worth a visit for anyone interested in WW2 Halifax and Bomber Command History along with later cold war aircraft :)

Can't make the next brekkie run, so will have to wait till the one after.

Thanks for organising!
Paul
