**Please note - Due to extreme weather conditions forecast this weekend, the event has been cancelled by the Shuttleworth**

Dear All

Howard has very kindly made enquiries regarding this event, which is as follows:

"The Summer Evening Picnic Air Show is an opportunity to enjoy a picnic within the beautiful paddocks, culminating in a spectacular air display, as the vintage Collection and visiting aircraft swoop overhead." The flying display starts at 17:30 and finishes at 20:00, R10 members will have access to an allocated parking area providing an ideal view point whilst feasting on food (own picnic).

The cost is £25pp (normal price is £32:50pp)

Please let me know if you are interested in joining us, there needs to be at least 15 members attending for this event to be viable.

Hi All

An email was sent out a little earlier, with a link to booking this event. So far there are 12 cars/23 people booked to attend. The booking link will close on Friday 30th June 2023.
