Now that it is actually warm enough to drive top down without the need for hat and flying jacket what are you doing about locking car and setting climate control?
I've just read the book and it seems that the interior sensor for the alarm is switched off when hood is down so it's OK to lock with the remote without all hell breaking loose as people walk by or the wind blows. This is for when you just pop into a shop or park at a pub while you sit outside etc, not in the local multi-story[&:]. Up until now I just removed the keys.
Question 2 is as happened today it was 26.5c outside air temp and even with the climate control at 22c it was producing air-con cooled air. I turned the fan off as having the air-con on with the hood open seemed ridiculous but having read the instruction book it seems that switching the Eco button stops the air-con compressor.
What do you do?
