Strange one but worth a try

Okay chaps

i am nearly finished with my trailer project and i need to see if someone on here knows were i can get the logo for the rear.

i want to put the standard 944 S2 logo on the rear but change the "2" to a 3.

Does anybody know where i may be able to find a 3 in the same font / format.

Told you it was a strange one

cheers Elliot

I think it would be impossible to find one in that font and size .Closest thing would be a bmw badge.
Your best bet is to reshape the "2" into a "3" ,i think it wont be too hard , cut it ,flip it ,bond it ,shape it ,paint it .

Blimey

that was good

only issue probably is the 2 is on a gradient and if i flipped it would look odd but like you say i could bond and shape it.

cheers

Alternatively if someone has a spare S i could use the lower half of this and bond it to the upper part of my 2

cheers Elliot

Much better and easier , i didn't see that one .

are there any 993 logo's that are the same size using the same font, just an idea?

Pete

993 is the factory internal designation for that series 911 ,like 951 for 944 turbo and 931 for 924 turbo .They were never badged with those numbers.
Only porsche badge that has a 3 in it is the GT3 badge but has a different font and probably size.

Just shows what a forum can do for you.

never even saw that one James.

so if anybody has a 9 or 2 for sale from an S2 please let me know

cheers Elliot
