My 2000 Boxster now does a very good impersination of an old gallion!![&o]

after it' s been out for a nice run the steering colum starts to creak and groan, sounds awfall but dosn' t seem to effect the steering in anyway.

I just noticed the same thing on mine today! Maybe it' s a 4th of May thing..... Any idea what it could be?

I would guess it is temperature related.
Probably nothing WD-40 can' t fix, one of the joints must be little tight - if you can get access to the steering column behind the plastic cladding, I would give a quick squirt and see if that helps.

Rgds, Stuart.
