Whilst at Silverstone on Saturday at the Z fest, couldn't resist a gander at the porkers so was it you in the 44?

Recognise a few of those the red turbo and J *** TMO (Which needs a good coat of polish and wax) the first one looks Kalahari ?
The Red Turbo ++++ DFR is lovely spoke to the owner at last years Silverstone Classic.

Didn't spot my one then [] Dunno why I bother to turn up to these things sometimes [;)]

Sorry Glenn, it's just that you were parked with the engine in the back brigade.[:D][:D][:D][:D]

[:)] Wasn't my fault! Every time I rolled up, I got directed to park in the outer darkness! I was one of the first in on Saturday and Sunday too! Sheer discrimination! [8D]

Thanks Mike! Oh, and you REALLY need to clean your sensor! [8D]

It isn't nearly as scary or difficult as people / internet rumour will have you believe. You have to be incredibly ham-fisted to do any damage. Back in the "old days" (before my main cameras had self cleaning sensors) I used to do both cameras every weekend; sometimes more than once.

I think the super beetles should have all parked with their rears facing outwards so at least they all have their engines facing the front to match Glenn's like real cars...:)

Yes I believe he did indeed sell it due to complete disillusionment that it hadn't trebled in value since he bought it [;)][:D]

REALLY? Crumbs. I thought he would be buried in it, having held onto his priceless classic until the very end of his dotage ...

Oli.

Great photos Andy, low angles look good. Mine is E95 with other half inside trying not to look bored. Doing nails I think just before spilling red wine over her nice pink trousers! Went both days, what a great weekend.
