Yeah pete 🙄 😂 ......I could have been waiting in that car park for an hour if it wasn’t for martin coming to get me!....mind you I was thinking of phoning soon

How about a coffee and Natter, on the morning of the 25th August, South Mimms Startbucks Drive through And I Cannot stress enough that its a MAXIMUM of 2 hours no matter where you are in the services carpark, its a camera on the way in, and one on the way out, staying longer than 2 hours will cost you dearly.....

Geez it was hot over there this morning

we we need a new place to go within a couple of miles of South Mimms

got it to have a cafe of any sort and some parking that

we don’t have to pay for

and does not have a time limit

i do enjoy the friendly ribbing and putting the world to rights, great fun

Here's an idea for different venue...how about a meet at my son's garage? There's plenty of parking on a Sunday as most units on the estate are closed. Anyone needing advice/help either mechanical or bodywork could talk to the boys, my son Richard for servicing/ mechanical repairs and Louis for all bodywork issues, from simple repairs to full resprays. I haven't spoken to my son about this yet but I'm sure he would be ok with it. Could also arrange for any tyre replacements or A/C recharging requirement at the same time. Coffee would be free and you never know, perhaps some cakes/doughnuts thrown in..:)

If there's interest and my son is happy I'll make a seperate post on this during the week.

His place is in Perivale, just off the A41 near Hanger Lane.

Nice idea Pete, but it's just to far for me on a Sunday morning, it's nearly 80 miles round trip

That's why I try to pick easy access and fairly central,

But how about a 3 or 6 month cars and coffee organised meet at your son's place,

Same for me Pete,

great idea and would be good to go there one day to meet your son and have a chat, but for me would hinder my chances of getting out for a meet as it would be too long a journey to fit in with my busy home life with the young kids at present.

Why not see if he’s up for a full cars and coffee thing once every 3 months or so

PIE performance do this and put it out on Facebook and seem to get a good turnout

A good one -I would be tempted to make the journey! (other commitments permitting)

Tony

PS I sent you a photo to you old titanic email address from a pedal kart event at Eynsham let me know if it didn't make it through

Yes, I still use the same account, nothing received though, perhaps I have been unsubscribed from titanic? if so, it wasn't by me..
