Snapped bolt 996 water pump

Has anybody come across the issue of a snapped bolt that retains the water pump on a 2004 996 Carrera C2. Leaving about 15mm sticking out of the block. I’m having difficulty removing the stud.modes anybody know of an expert stud removal man?
 
HI Paul.
Depending on your location have a google of "thread repair services" should be a mobile one near you if you cannot do it.
