Small leaks at front of Carrera 4 991

I have a 2 year old 991 Carrera 4 with 9k miles. Purchased 2 weeks ago and notice small, clear spots on garage floor at front of car. No smell and no warning lights/indication of problem. Not excessive leak but annoyong!
Any ideas? Thanks!
 
Most likely aircon, only condensed water hence no smell. Completely normal and nothing to worry about.
 
Agree with Peter, condensation from the air con system - quite normal for your 991.

Coolant is normally green and does not dry up quickly. If you see this, suspect a damaged radiator/condenser as these are quite vulnerable at the front end since there is no mesh protection to the air intakes. [&:]
