Respect for the incredible RSR's goes without saying, but I have to say that is the best colour scheme I have seen yet on a 997 GT3RS, the gold contrast looks spot on and is far less leary than some of the other combos. So, from your impressions so far Paul is she a long term keeper or merely a bit of a fling? [

Steve i thought it would make a unusual photo. Paul,i dont know if its a keeper or not yet, need to live with it more first. Its quick, easy to get up there, and i need to see what its like with a good set up and track etc. Any thoughts on stone chip protection, venture shield vs armourfend vs paint sheild,or nuts to it and just get it painted some time.
Obviously don't think much of your driving skills Paul......look at the protection they've got around that pillar. "Maybe if I stand here in the background for a little longer they won't notice me slip this picture up my shirt??" New RS looks lllluurrrvvverrrllly ! Great photos and what looks like a great day. Sorry to have missed it.ORIGINAL: paul howellsNot one but two 993 rsr at silverstone.

mike forgot to mention it but Im the next owner [ORIGINAL: Essential Nice work Steve, and everyone else involved. Gutted to have missed the weekend. Glass trophy will stay with the car for the next owner, if there is ever one.
You can make a racecar from any 911 ..... [:-]ORIGINAL: clubsport An excellent turn out and great photos, thanks for posting. Some familiar cars there, really good to see so many of the cars that have changed hands over recent years are still in the safe custody of enthusiastic owners on this side of the channel. Only slight downside of the photos for me is the inclusion of a C2 in the line up, as nice the car is, still that seems to happen every time there is a 993RS display, hopefully I will be able to make the next one. Hopefully looking to take the car along to the PCGB polo event on Aug 15. Are any other RS going along, maybe we can park up in a group?
