Anyone know this car?

I am visiting Tom tomorrow to look at a 964CS and Cup but may be tempted by the Silver 93RS which was in the UK in Nottingham until 2012 I believe......The Riviera one may be sold.....

Perspective on value?

Thanks,
Kev (Ferrari Yellow 64RSL)

A lot of interest in the Riviera Blue â‚¬175,000 993 rs, I believe a deposit has exchanged hands, not familiar with the Polar Silver 993 RS,
the MC 993 rs in white rhd sold for £149,000 recently, prices are on the up and when the Chinese allow the import of classic cars on
January 1st 2014 then demand will be greater.

thanks Steve, think a french fellow has bought the blue car, could have had the drop on it but was holding off my visit until the 64CS and Cup arrived.....which they now have so toddling off tomorrow.....

Yes, spoke to Tom this afternoon, I've had a very strong offer on my RS and was interested in Tom's opinion.

been offered a 93CS in Riviera thru a dealer but dont think this is your car IIRC yours is LHD carpet?

Don't quote me on this Kev but there was a silver 993RS for sale in Nottingham for a looong time and something wasn't right with it but for the death of me I can't remember what it was. Ask Paul Howells Im sure he will remember it too...

PS think you're mad swapping out of yours...

Keep clear of the Nottingham car. I've seen it and its not for you (certainly not if you want something comparable in terms of condition and history to your 64RS).

Damen,
Thanks - appreciated.

Primary reason for trip is to look at a 64CS and Cup that Tom has just got in - I was tempted by the Riviera car but since that is sold I got to thinking of the Silver one as a usable road car and nice contrast to my Yellow 64.

Looked at a Yellow 64CS in Germany a few weeks ago, lovely car but silly money given the rectification work needed - market very hot in Eu at present.

See you soon,
Kev

If I'm thinking of the same car, I was offered it a few years ago fairly cheaply as the owner was looking to flip it for a healthy return. Would be interesting to see what it's up for now.

i think careful check on history of the car is crucial in this case ...........................
