+1 I use Vinylex works a treat as it really can make the dash near new. Areospace 303 would also work just as well.

That steering wheel is a Momo - Prototipo. Momo stopped making it for a while but relauched a couple of years ago, luckily for me[:D].

Yeah I like it too, suits the car very well and makes a welcome change from the usual CS wheel.

Also seen on the infamous 1973 911RSR.
