The 'Show and Shine' contest that was to be held at The Owl last night was postponed because of the weather so we have decided to hold it at our picnic at Sledmere House on Sunday 19th August. A superb prize of a radio controlled 1:14 scale 911 GT3 Cup car, kindly donated by Porsche Centre Leeds, awaits the winner!

More details of the picnic will be given in next month's Porsche Post and at the August Club Night on August 1st.

No pressure to enter the show and shine!

Outline arrangements are to meet between 12.30 and 1.00 pm at Sledmere House. Admission is £10 per car and allows entry to the house, grounds, garden, shop, military museum and exhibition room. More information is available at www.sledmerehouse.com. Bring your own food!
