Reluctantly thinking of selling my 3.6 'facelift' 996 if anyone is interested.

My friendly OPC keep trying to persuade me to order a 997, but I'm having difficulty getting enthusiastic about it.

I bought my first 911 in 1983 and I've upgraded every 2 or 3 years, via 3.2s, 964s, 993s, 996s (even held onto a couple of 'classics').

But, the 997 seems to be the next logical step. Great car. Although, so is my current 996 [ ]- and probably the nicest car I've ever owned. And that's before one takes into account the c.£35k cost to change[&:].

So, if someone wants a mint, hi-spec, low mileage 996 at a bargain price, then have a look under the for sale section, before I change my mind.
