Hi All,
I am selling my 997.1 2C Tiptronic S Cabriolet in Colbolt blue at the end of March. I have the car booked in for the removal of some front arch gravel rash on the 19th and then planning to advertise from the 1st of April ish on Autotrader. If anyone from the site is looking for a good example then drop me a message or look for the Autotrader advert. Details of the car are below , its a great example that's been loved and cherished for the last five years. Displayed at Tatton Park , Brands Hatch and Oulton Park. Three specialists have rated my car very highly , KB stated following the purchase inspection , that's its unusual to find a decent 997.1 Cab !

Oil warmed to 90 degrees (moving ) before opening up. Below 4000 RPM , probably 3000 RPM during warm up . No sooty tail pipes , no oil or water usage , no noises on tick over , no signs of bore scoring . Any pre purchase inspection welcome.

I belive there are no reported failures of a tip box and the later IMS bearing.

MY08 11/09/2007 911 997.1 Carrera 2 Tiptronic S Convertible 3.6 86000 miles , 14500 miles covered in the last five years of ownership .
MOT 06/12/2024 , three advisories rear tyres getting low , there is about 3mm on the rears. Suspension arm ball joints , my Porsche specialist says they are talking rubbish at the MOT centre , checked every year and no play found. Last two years this comment has been made , previously they stated wheel bearings .
Serviced with PC upto 59000 miles, then every year upto the last service with a dedicated specialist , 85492 last service . The plugs will need changing this year , last changed 74508

Drives like new , very tight.
Everything works , even the cup holders !
Roof in very good condition , just the usual bung storage marks , they all seem to have.
Stored in a garage

Original Extra Kit:

Parking sensors
Xenon lights
PCM 3 , Navigation
CD Changer
Bose
Heated active sport seats
Multi function steering wheel
PASM
Carbon package 803
Sports exhaust system (replaced with aftermarket TG SS system following failure during Covid)

Can I ask , what do the members think of my asking price ? I did run it through Motorway , valuation was £16500! Autotrader won't value it and Parkers valued at 175000 miles £15K . The car is A1 , I really thought £25k would be the lowest offer I would receive on my car.
