Seeking used Panamera

I’m looking for a used Panamera. Would prefer, but not set in stone:
  • 970 model (contrary to popular opinion, I think they look the nicest!)
  • 4S spec, ideally with Sports Chrono package but not air suspension package
  • Blue (ideally Yachting Blue) with Yachting Blue or cream interior – but flexible on colour
  • Low mileage as possible, good history essential
If any members are looking to move theirs on, please get in touch.

hello, sorry not a 4S but I'm looking into moving on my 970 Turbo. Sorry not blue and has air (so basically I completely ignored your brief sorry) but does look rather fetching in GT silver... i'm with you I think it's aged very well :)

A little more about it...

A genuinely well-maintained, low mileage example that has been looked after properly rather than simply serviced to schedule. I’ve covered approximately 10k miles during my ownership.

Key Details:

2010 Porsche Panamera Turbo (970)
4.8 Twin Turbo V8
PDK
Approx. 61,000 miles
2 keys
MOT until October 2026
No advisories on recent MOTs

Factory Spec Highlights:

Sport Chrono Package
18-way Adaptive Sports Seats
Heated front and rear seats
Heated steering wheel
Reversing camera + parking sensors
Bose sound system
Radar assist (adaptive cruise)
Electric sunroof
21" alloy wheels
Alcantara headlining
Full Porsche winter mats (original mats included)
CD, Bluetooth etc.

Standard Turbo specification includes air suspension with PASM, PCM navigation, power tailgate and full leather interior.

Maintenance & Ownership

Maintained by Porsche Centre and in my time respected Porsche specialist Nine Excellence in Horley.

During my ownership the following has been carried out:

3x oil services
PDK gearbox oil service
New discs and pads

Basically I just put it in once a year and said do what it needed.

Comes with:

Stamped service book
Large folder of invoices and receipts
MOT history and supporting paperwork

The car wants for nothing mechanically and drives exactly as it should.

Upgrades
Quicksilver sports exhaust (great tone without being intrusive)

Condition

Very clean and honest example for age.

Minor cosmetic age-related wear includes:

Small stone chip on bonnet
Slight fading to door pillar trim (common issue)
Light kerbing and minor lacquer peel to front wheels

No dents, accident damage or structural issues.

Pic taken this morning, if your interested I can send you more.

Price

£20,500 ono.

Located near Redhill in Surrey

Well, I finally got myself a 970 Panamera 4S!

It’s silver with black interior – so nothing like the colour combination I was after – but it’s timeless and very Porsche. It passed a specialist PPI with a couple of advisories and I’m going to do some preventative maintenance on it regardless (diff and transfer case oil changes).

It’s still going to be a bit of a project bringing it fully up to the condition/spec I want i.e. “everything works as it should”, adding CarPlay and getting it as cosmetically right as it can be.

Interestingly, it appears to be a very early example. VIN Analytics’ build spec gives it a build date of August 21st 2009 (3 weeks before launch) and it’s well optioned, including option 762 - Market Launch Vehicle.

It should keep me busy for the next wee while!

Thanks for that!

I’ve sent you a PM as my car is an interesting early example and when Porsche add the 970 to the Custodians programme next year(?), I’ll try to get it added.

In the meantime, I spent yesterday doing a deep vacuum, today cleaning the leather in the cockpit and tomorrow will be carpet shampooing day. If I have time, I’ll also refurbish the headlamps. Monday is for new tyres and Tuesday will be for headlamp refurbishment.

I have to admit that whilst the previous owner looked after the car well, I really enjoy this kind of stuff. It almost makes me glad my recent Taycan 4S reservation on the Porsche website fell through (the car I reserved had just sold when I reserved it)!
