Following the success of our Secret Hills Tour last year, Pat and Sylvia have offered to organise another day out with our cars following a new route through the beautiful countryside and scenery of our region and the surrounding area.

The start will be just outside Ludlow, with participants arriving by 10.00am for a 10.30 departure. The morning route we will then take us along A and B roads through Knighton, Rhayader, the Elan Valley and back to Llandrindod Wells for lunch. After lunch, the afternoon loop will follow even more beautiful roads through stunning scenery to finish in Knighton at around 4.00pm.

The total distance will be approximately 120 miles, and entry on the tour will be free. Lunch will cost £16.45 each for 3 courses. Please register your interest as soon as possible, using this forum or by speaking to Steve or Phil.

Hi Phil,
Will you permit some interlopers from Cheshire please? Peter and Linda R5 with our silver 930.
Many thanks,
Peter

Hi Peter & Linda,

Not sure what our limit on numbers is, and we ought to give priority to our own region, so may I put you on the reserve list for now and we will do our very best to accomodate you.

Best regards
Philip

Hi Phil any chance of a space for me and Julie from Region 16?
(Stokey can give you a reference if needed👍)

Hi BigCat
We have added your names to the reserve list at the moment, cannot see an issue with you having a place but we had set a time line for Region 13 members. To add to this, we do want to involve other local regional members.

If any more members would like to join the tour we have revised the maximum number up to 25, so we currently have places for another 4 cars.

We will have to finalise numbers soon in order to firm up the lunch booking, produce road books etc. So if you would like to take part please let us know as soon as possible.

Phil

Hi Andrew,

We can accomodate you and Emma, look forward to seeing you.

Can you let me have your email address please.

Phil

We need email addresses for the following members who have said they wish to take part, so that we can email them the final details of the tour:

Robert and Elaine
Will D
Fred M

Can anyone help?

Thanks for the welcome to R13 this morning at Ludlow Food Centre. I took a few pics, so will post them up later. Good to see such a good cross section of cars and a nice group of friendly people, so I look forward to joining your ranks when I get my motor next weel.

All made much harder for me, as you all drove past my front door! Still, always next year.
