Seat switch repair

My seat adjustment switch only works if I press it in ...then grab the top and pull .....i would like to take it apart and bend/adjust the connections so it works better[8|]

HOW does the switch come apart... I have it out of the seat but can not see how to open it up

does the front bit (the round part with the arrows on) just pull off?
