Scuffed my wheelarch..... any good local bodyshops?

Managed to make the most minor of scrapes in my wheelarch as I forgot the back of the car was a bit wider than the front when I was squeezing past a brick pillar. Damage is really minor, although needs the PPF replacing which then means a new decal. Ah well.

I saw a thread giving suggestions for bodyshops locally but it was quite old so thought I'd ask again to see if they're still operating or there's some other suggestions?

I did take it to one of the Porsche approved places, but when he started talking taking the windows out and bumpers off and insurance claims I figured they were used to juicing insurance companies and I felt very uncomfortable about it.

If you're willing to travel, try Road and Race Restorations in Manchester. They are an approved Porsche bodyshop and their work is superb.

Without naming names, there is a very good reason I want to avoid Porsche approved options because it felt like their solution simply involved knowing how much they could rinse from an insurance company with no questions asked, and I do not wish to be party to that sort of behaviour.
 
I’d give ChipsAway a call. I had a scrape on the Cayenne, Basalt Black metallic, and the end result was perfect. A lot cheaper than a body shop too.
 
Following……. As also from R9 and my car is a long way away from a GT3, so interested in non dealer / approved options.
 
No further replies as sadly most of R9 are over on Facebook rather than here…… so you might want to try over there.
