Morning All,
Just updated the attendees and we are now up to 21 cars with 31 guests!
I was down at the Brewery last week and the guys there are genuinely excited to be hosting us and are planning on having their photographer there to get some nice pics for the website. There is also the opportunity to use the venue regularly.
Just wanted to say another thank you for the great response, keep them coming as there is ample room for more!

Evening everyone,
Thanks again for all your positive responses. We are now running at 22 cars and 31-35 members!
I've now got the food prices through so will be sending around the email to all those who have confirmed in the next day or so. The brewery are providing a selection of food along the lines of sausage rolls, scotch eggs, salad, potato salad and the like along with a vegetarian option for those who request it. I will confirm the cost in the email but at the moment its looking like £10 a head, however this will include a first and second place prize for the best turned out cars so its well bringing your best pride and joy down.
There is still time to get your confirmations in and plenty of parking, so no excuse for not joining in what is looking like a really good night.

Just a note to say that all those who have register interest should now have received an email with the details and where to pay the money to. If you have not received this please let me know as I have to pay for the food on Tuesday so all payments need to be in by then.
For those who haven't there is still time to drop me a line if you want to attend (currently 24 cars) however as above if you are wanting food this needs to be done before Tuesday.

Just to let everyone know who has confirmed that I have sent out an email just to make sure everyone has the address and timings. For those who haven't confirmed but are sitting looking at the sunshine outside wondering why you haven't? There is still ample parking available and we are operating a 'more the merrier' policy so please don't feel like its too late.
Just in case the email hasn't been received or you are thinking why not, the details are as follows;
Blackpit Farm,
Silverstone Road,
Stowe, Buckinghamshire.
MK18 5LJ
The brewery itself is located at the bottom of the site so follow the drive straight down through the office area to the stables at the bottom. There will be parking along the front of the stables facing onto the lake and also within the stable courtyard (where hopefully we will try and form a circle of Porsches). If everyone could make sure that they reverse park to show the cars off nicely it would be appreciated. I have attached a map showing general and parking locations.
The brewery will be open from 5pm for any early arrivals however please note the official start time is 6.30pm. The brewery will be open until 8.30pm so I envisage a little prize presentation at 8pm.

Glad everything is holding up without me... did I tell you I was going away?!!
