Sanity check-Millers Oils Tank Safe

Afternoon all,

I've recently inherited the car and decided to put it into winter hibernation come November

I've found an unopened bottle of 250ml Millers Oils Tank Safe, am I correct in thinking it's as simple as pour the bottle into the tank before filling up and then driving back home and parking up?

The bottle seems to suggest adding it to a "part-tank" of fuel (250ml per 50 litres of fuel) but other guidance seems to suggest a full tank is better. 997.1 has a 64 litre tank so not too far out on that ratio.
